If you have yet decided where to have your reunion meal or Chinese New Year gathering, Canton Kitchen is definitely a good choice.
平均一人也花费不到RM100!着实是豪华的年菜,亲民的价格。
Steamed Mihun with Ginger Wine Chicken 姜酒菜園雞蒸米粉 RM22.90 Steamd Mihun with Ginger Wine Chicken used to be a not-for-sell-dish, and eaten only by the family. Requests began flowing in after customers seeing them eating this, and it ended up becoming permanent, top seller item on the menu. Mihun soak up with flavours of ginger wine soup definitely steals the limelight, accompanied by tender chunks of kampung chicken.
Overall it was only a so-so meal with the roast duck and beancurd being the two dishes that really stood out and worth trying. Besides that, many dishes that we wanted to order were not available that day for unknown reasons. Maybe because it was a weekday? We might have enjoyed the meal better if the missing dishes were available. For the same amount paid (look bill above) I am pretty sure we could enjoy a better feast at another restaurant.
The rm$4.50 excellent prawn wanton soup comes with 6pcs of wanton in a tasty soup; the tender steamed chicken comes with a wonderful sauce and chili on the side; both are equally satisfactory!
Chong Thoong Kee is probably our favourite spot for Ipoh hor fun in the PJ/TTDI area. Fresh chicken slices, flavourful broth and succulent prawn wantans.
My partner and I were very pleased with our dinner. Every dish was outstanding and service was tip top. Portion sizes were very generous and we were both stuffed to the brim. Yay to our first dine out in a long time!
At this moment do check out Restoran Yik Kee at Ara Damansara and you won’t be disappointed with their food. The cooking style and taste of the food is consistent with the other Restoran Yik Kee.
Have sampled the "特别炒粿条 Sisters Char Koay Teow Special" for rm$12.50 on 11.08.2018 at their USJ16 branch and wasn't impressed in that visit.
A satisfied lunch today.
Perhaps nothing too fancy here in this kopitiam but with 10-12 choices of hawker style food, its a good enough breakfast/lunch spot for those working or residents nearby.
Deep Dive is my favourite, made of a dose of liquor, pineapple juice, lemon juice and a little bit of sugar syrup. Full of citrusy note and tasted like summer!
Reasons to visit: From the menu, the Chinese Cinderella was unlike anything we’ve tasted before. From off-menu, Mr Darkside was everything you want in a drink, but the real winner was the Smokey Old Fashioned. Like everything at The Pawn Room, they do old fashioned (with a twist) so very well!
TTDI Murni Kafe an ideal cafe place for everyone and families! A menu that offers fusion cuisine which contain variety of Malaysian, Malay, Chinese and Western cuisines. It will be an exciting foodie experience at TTDI Murni Kafe. Thanks to Ronald, owner of TTDI Murni Kafe and Racheal, the Founder of Foodilifecious gave me this opportunity to try out at TTDI Murni Kafe Restaurant.

Talk about Decoration , the shop filled with round and rectangle table accompany by real nice chair along . Simple and casual deco on the wall Without any antique spot .
Pad Kra Pao was superb. It is served on a bed of rice with fried-egg on the top. They have different types of spicy level and I choose to have spicy and they nailed it. If you can’t take spicy, then lower heat level which you believe will be acceptable to you. Pad Kra Pao @ RM 18
