Tuna wrapped in pickled daikon. I really liked this, really refreshing. Didn’t expect the pickled daikon to be super flavorful.
Watarari Kani Unagi Harumaki – soft shell crab tempura and Japanese egg roll. Topped with tiny pops of fish roe, the roll was a beautiful blend of textures and flavours – the crunchy, the salty, the sweet, the delicate, the silky.
The showstopper for the evening is the Wagyu beef tenderloin and cod fish shioyaki, served on a sizzling, hot stone grill. The beef is tender and juicy while the fish was sweet and delicate
This is then followed by my favourite dish which is the Sashimi Moraiwase (RM400.00 per set) - a sashimi set collection from the Chef which consist of 8 different type of Fresh Imported Fish from Japan with a serving of 3 pieces of this delicious treat. The freshness level was as fresh as you could get. Every single piece of the fish has the right texture and taste which went perfectly with the freshly grated wasabi and soy sauce.
