The roast duck and char siew we tried were nice but nothing to rave about.
Perhaps it is the lack of experience in running a full-fledged eatery, but Yan Chuan Roasters would need to sit down and rethink their concept again if they are looking to make significant changes that would benefit them in the long run.
Would I come back here again? Sure. They offer badass roast meats at unprecedented prices.
