The Crab Meat Thai Crispy Omelette was light, airy and crispy like a tauhu telur with an aromatic eggy fragrance, topped with subtly sweet crab chunks and fried garlic crisps. Eating this felt like eating air, and the flavours were lifted by the sweet tangy Thai fish sauce.
It was quite sad, actually, with tiny lifeless cuts of meat sitting in there, and slightly sweet at that. I left most of this uneaten, unfortunately.
The Fried Garlic Bits & Chilli with Prawn ($18) was yet another moreish dish imbued with tons of flavour. Spoon up the crispy garlic bits and relish them with the large, plump prawns dressed in a sticky, sweet sauce. If you’re a fan of garlic, these two dishes are just what you need for an incredibly satisfying meal!
