Their ramen broth is chicken-based. Not too heavily flavored nor thick. It's light and cloudy in texture and the soup is yummy!

Overall, the food at Mitsuba Buffet is decent for the price of SGD 56.90 ( before tax), which I would rate at the level of Sushi Tei. The sashimi is fresh enough although it is not the best cut and does not have more selection.

Well, the nice thing is that they gave you unlimited soup and salad here, which meant that I left here stuffed.
