The taste was 中规中矩. I wouldn’t queue quite so long for this. I apparently got the last bowl of braised pork rice, which had a balanced savoury flavour with some fatty bits and some chewy bits of pork. The pork floss and eggs omelette was eggy and soft, going nicely with the sweet and airy pork floss, and enhanced by the sweet 酱油膏. Quite nice.

初早餐 True Breakfast came up in the search and is located inside Cuppage Plaza. I was there super early but they had a long queue before the shop opened! Luckily, I had time to spare.
