I'm not entirely sure if I understood the background behind this Indonesian place (111 Somerset Road #01-08). It's a rather nicely decorated place with signage that talks up the work that it does with Unicef, but I'm not sure how that translates over to the food.
While their standards had attained a good score on my scorecards, I will very much like to make a return not only for their Char Chan Tang but also their bakery.

It was delicious. I loved everything on that plate, be it the tender coconut chicken or the firm tofu in the sambal goreng, or the fresh bean sprouts in the urap, as well as the eggplant balado. It was spicy, rich, and refreshing too. I just realized that HJH Maimunah also serves this; I really should make my way there to try theirs.
Overall, it was an excellent culinary journey of Argentinian cuisine. While some of the dishes look familiar, we find the taste uniquely different due to the use of Argentinian flavour and ingredients. Salud! Cheers!
