I wished that the beef brisket could be more tender though.
On the whole, the food is decent but not magical or life-changing.
Overall, I feel the wanton noodle is satisfying but not top notch.
The 5-course meal for me includes tasting portions of Foie Gras, Porcini Cappuccino, Sous Vide “Chicken”, Joue De Boeuf, and Dessert of the Day – which was Crème Brulee made in-house.
Thankfully, there was still that delicious and familiar XO Sauce that helped lift the taste up.
