Matchaya Concept Store, with extended space & menu, serves a wide range of beverages, cakes and desserts as well as brunch and all day mains.
Overall, I wouldn’t say this was a spectacular or amazing meal but it was still satisfying. Just give me the seafood pancake, steamed eggs and bulgogi beef.
it would be worthwhile to see if patrons would be as accepting to the hot food items as much as their desserts which provided them much of the traction in their early days
It was a good effort but did not quite taste like the ondeh ondeh we are used to. The coffee was pretty good.
The ice-cream melts really fast, so be sure to get your cameras ready even before the dessert is served!
Customers can choose to have their shaved ice in-house or have it in a take-away cone.
For the price point and quality of shaved ice, this was pretty worth it.
It would certainly be interesting to see more of such concepts sprouting up in Singapore however, for there seems to be a void waiting to be filled for a reasonably-priced Kakigori of a decent quality in the local market.
