This curry shop opened on the SMU campus a number of months ago (80 Stamford Road #B1-65) with a former Meta alum at the helm.
Asia Grand Restaurant is an old restaurant in a new location. This Cantonese restaurant in Singapore has a long history. Previously known as Tsui Hang Village, it was located in the now defunct Hotel Asia on Scotts Road. It was rebranded Asia Grand and subsequently moved to Odeon Towers in the 2000s. At the end of 2022, it made a second move to its present location in Fairmont Hotel.

We discovered Ameising La Volta while looking for a decent dinner place in the Dhoby Ghaut area. This restaurant serves a unique blend of Asian fusion handmade pasta, as well as a selection of hot and cold tapas. It is conveniently located near the entrance to Lazada One on Bras Basah Road, and it is also quite close to Bencoolen MRT station. Ameising La Volta is the newest addition to the Ameising group, which is known for prominent restaurants such as Ameising Bar & Dining and Ameising Hikaru.
I finally got around to trying the shio ramen from Nakiryu. It featured skinny noodles, firm wontons, and a clean broth, but I'm not going to bother with it again. In my opinion, the only thing worth getting here is the tantanmen that they are known for, as the rest of the items just aren't that interesting, even if they are passable. Granted, I haven't tried those miso exclusives down at their new VivoCity outlet yet, but I'm not expecting much from those either.
Fufu Pot specializes in individual hot pots. It kind of reminds me a place called Boiling Point but not as good.
Gyo Gyo has popped up in a few places offering Japanese Grilled Fish Sets.
The famous Michelin star tan tan ramen, peanutty but somewhat flat and one dimensional in terms of flavour.
