It is great that Chef Justin has taken a more casual approach to his latest and only dining concept in Singapore. The gastro-cafe concept should resonate well in Orchard Road, and this is one hidden spot in Tangs to catch up with friends in town.

Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo is one of the many stalls operating at Tangs department store at Orchard. This is a small food court where a few gems can be found. Koo Kee Laksa YTF is one of them. It is possibly one of the best laksa in Orchard Road. And still at an affordable price.
Their 10th Singapore outlet has the same spacious and neat layout as their other outlets in Singapore. Reservations can be done via their App. At the time of our visit near dinner time on a weekday, it was moderately busy. A short queue was observed forming up.

Overall, the meal at Sushi Kyuu was great with a quite affordable price tag of SGD 129 and there were many different types of sushi I tried which are not easily available in other restaurants.
