The hotpot ingredients are of premium quality, expect to find handmade fish balls, fresh fish paste, imported meats, luxurious seafood etc on the menu (you may find more info on their website). We found most of the hotpot ingredients were fresh... at least the hefty price tags are well-justified

We pick Spicy Nourishing Malat” 滋补养身香辣锅 is a must have for me then another choice is Beauty Collagen 胶原蛋白养颜美容锅. Find that the soup are quite interesting and it is quite thick in flavour. Especially Beauty Collagen. Indeed it is thick broth and as it is cooked longer, it become thicker and saltier.

We highly recommend the Sliced Toman fish (RM19) aka snakehead 生魚, fresh and thick slices of sweet tasting, firm fish. I enjoyed dipping this in the Spicy nourishing soup.
