The folks at the family run eatery were friendly. Coupled with the clean and comfortable environment, plus reasonable prices, this is definitely one of the better chup chai png places in town (if not Singapore).
This was the famed limited edition Tony Cafe fried chicken rice, only available on Mon, Wed and Sat.
The queue started to form after 11.00 am and getting longer when I was leaving.
There was an exemplary crispy battered surface that was appropriately flavoured, coupled with tender meat that was quite slurp off the bone.
Similar to what you get in chicken rice stall, but definitely tastier because of the chicken wings.
