We are served with their “Lala Soup” (RM 68) where they are preparing on the spot for us. First, they heat up the pot till it is hot and then they added with the little oil in it. After that, they stir them together with the fresh lala. With the fragrance, they add in the soup and ShaoXing wine in it. The soup comes simply fragrance and sweet making it so delicious just as it is.

this restaurant serves one of the most creative, romantic and signature cocktail named WaterMelon Slushy (RM40). If you love to have a romantic drink to share with your beloved one, you should order this kind of the cocktail as it is one of the most popular cocktails at The Signature. It contains the combination such as Voldka, Midori, Lychee Liqueur & Watermelon. The taste is not quite strong, fruity and loads of alcoholic aroma. Especially the shape has decorated on watermelon slushy indicates the love meaning so clearly. Awww!!

Carbonara Flying pasta – RM 38. Carbonara Flying pasta - with wild mushrooms, turkey ham sauteed in olive oil, herbs, garlic and cream. tastes heavenly as there are generous amount of cheese. To me this is a must order dish.

For our inaugural Yezi experience, we had the Treasures of the Ocean (RM188) which comes with a crab and coconut broth, with aromatic rice wine. This set also comes with clams, prawn paste and coriander squid balls. Yezi uses 100% coconut water which gives the broth a lovely natural sweetness. Furthermore, coconut water is great in aiding digestion.
