Overall, we were really pleased with our meal here. We will be happy to make a trip here again for the seafood porridge and steamed clams.
Did we enjoy the roti canai? Yes – but it has to be garing, as is it to our preference. The other dishes were decent as well but the roti canai is the reason to visit Restoran IV.
One of the places was this restaurant known as yao yao ping, which is directly translated to shake shake ice. I was pre-informed by the friend that it's an ice dessert that he visited since he was a child. I must admit that this friend is only about 20 over years and not exactly middle-aged like me.
The soup was still nice though, although the refill was just as pathetically little. And I am leaving aside the layer of pork fat. I only love pork fats when they are deep fried.
The war between Malaysia style bak kut and Singapore style bak kut teh has continued for a long period of time, and the epitome of Malaysia style bak kut teh was said to be at Klang, which I happened to visit in my recent trip to the nearby Petaling Jaya!
If you never tried hong bak, can consider visiting Restoran 158 Hong Bak Pandamaran Klang. Remember, don’t order their bakuteh but their hong bak to avoid disappointment. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
Head down to 表哥茶餐厅 Biew Gor Cha Chaan Teng today with friends and families to enjoy a delicious and delightful moment together OH~~ Ho Chiak!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We advise you to pre-order as these are baked daily on confirmed orders, with some allocation for customers who walk into their Klang store.
The verdict – it was so mind-blowingly good!
除了海南鸡扒之外,据说这里的海南面 (Hailam Mee) 也很不错,还有其他菜肴和小吃等等,薏米水也是推荐饮料。
