Food at Hong Kong Chef's Kitchen is mostly Chinese Cantonese cuisine, with several Modern Singaporean Zi Char dishes that are popular as well. Think fresh ingredients, prepared to restaurant quality here. Dishes are tasty, and portions are small to large, depending on number of diners. Prices are affordable, budget about SGD $14 per person.
The Yang Zhou Fried Rice (SGD $5) was decent at best, rather underwhelming after experiencing how good the other dishes were.

So much of positive reviews on the internet about Xiao Di Fried Prawn Noodle that claims this is one of the Best Fried Hokkien Mee in Singapore motivates me to try this. Since we will be nearby Serangoon area, we went ahead to try out this dish cooked by the 2nd Generation Hawker.
I love that chilli taste but as a whole, we still find that the main subject and focus of the dish should be on the noodles not on chilli.
Xiao Di Fried Prawn Noodles is indeed one of the gems of Singapore’s hawker scene and it is one that has won our loyalty over the years with its consistency.
This was really wow – a really thick and viscous porridge, with maximum flavour, and generous ingredients. The sliced pork and pork balls were really tender and sweet and slightly peppery, and the century egg nicely pungent.

Best Congee In Singapore I had so far!
I can totally understand my colleague's obsession with the roti pratas from this stall; it was one of the best kosong prata I had, with the enjoyable crispiness matched with the size of it.
Will I Return Again? Yes, to crispy and shiok kosong prata.
Another good place for a prata meal especially if you are after thin and crispy prata.

Overall, it was a great pleasure to see the journey of this young couple from the beginning till now.
This is quite good.
Really good to see a next gen hawker doing a good job with mee pok tar.
The seafood are well-prepared and the prawns are quite fresh. With the ingredients are quite okay, it seems that the big "soup-er" bowl is the main attraction for everyone to visit.
The restaurant is relatively spacious and can accommodate large groups of people.
Nevertheless, the mussels are plump and juicy while the prawns are quite fresh.
I was happier with this one, although I am kinda curious about their spiciest one next time.
