The prices may be very steep and you might cry after seeing the bill, but I promise you, it is a treat you should give yourself at least once in your lifetime.
Do not leave Edge without trying their amazing Nama Chocolates!
Most of the dishes were executed well and there are plenty of classic dishes that impressed us.
I am very excited to share with you more about Peppermint and its all-you-can-eat a la carte Peranakan buffet.
I never walk into a buffet expecting to be blown away, but I would say that the food at Peppermint is worthy of return visits.
Overall, the spread of Sizzlin’ Special by AquaMarine is too irresistible for meat lovers.
Overall, it was a treat testing the Meteoric Success Menu and Hai Tien Lo Superior Treasure Pot. All the dishes are beautifully plated and delivered multi-texture and in-depth flavour Cantonese flair. A total #Foodgasm dining experience. Cheers!!

I enjoyed my meal at Peach Blossoms this time much more than my first visit few years ago. It was fun having the Chef’s Tasting Menu since I literally have no idea what to expect, and it is that surprise element which makes the experience a more enjoyable and memorable one for me.
Peach Blossoms Dim Sum Lunch review. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay Singapore with pictures of menu and Chinese restaurant interior
Food is generally quite good at Peach Blossoms, though the service pulls down the overall experience for me.
Keyaki Weekend Brunch Review at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel - $75++, 9 course, sashimi, teppanyaki, grilled prawns, dessert ..
Overall, I visited the restaurant with pretty high expectations which were not met at all with the exception of the very picturesque garden perfect for that nice photo to reminisce about travelling in Japan.
Nonetheless, for $75+++, this 8 course brunch is quite worth it. Not quite exquisite, but quality Japanese food.
These are just a couple of dim sum Chef Shen would order again in a heart beat.
We liked all the items on the Kai Garden Set Lunch menu but especially the Peking duck, the glutinous rice and coconut puree. The lunch at $58++ per person was not cheap but we felt it was fair value. We had delectable quality food and we enjoyed the meal.
嘉苑(Kai Garden)位于滨海广场相当僻静的一角,开张三年来周边餐馆起起落落,嘉苑靠着一批熟客的支持,以及主厨深厚的功底,稳扎稳打。
Dessert was a rasamalai. We were a little worried that these would taste like wet cardboard but they didn't. It was nice and juicy.
We enjoy our Indian food, but there are some highlights at Rang Mahal that make us crave for it now, though be prepared to splurge for a meal here.
餐馆形象西化新潮,但并没有追随混搭潮流,而是把菜式重新解构,以新颖手法呈献,保留原味的同时注入现代精神。
at Sushi Jiro @ PARKROYAL you get reasonably priced good food prepared with fine ingredients in an elegant space at a reasonable price.
One of the most luxury dishes on the 10-course omakase has to be the Lobster Sashimi topped with Sea Urchin, Caviar, Ikura and Gold Flakes. In my opinion, this is the best way to appreciate the sweetness of the lobster meat.
Sushi Jiro is currently running a 20% promotion off all sake and wine on their expansive drinks menu so there really is no reason why you should be skipping alcohol for your next meal there.
Note to self: ask for no dressing on the salad given that it's sweet.
The prices at Collin’s Restaurant are very affordable. At that price point, the restaurant setting and the quality of the food would surely exceed what an ordinary patron could reasonably expect.
All in all, I find this joint to be a convenient spot for quick fix snack or meals, particularly, all-day breakfast type of dishes.
My favourites were the Saumon Fume Pannenkoek, Le Poulet and the chocolate chip pancake. Good halal option for pancakes.
Overall, I was surprised by the quality and variety of pancakes at Beyond Pancakes.
servers were detailed, observant and quick to response to the servings. It's a memorable one indeed.
What I love about Ruths Chris is its hearty fare, finessed with sophistication, cosy intimate ambience, and attentive but unintrusive service.
All the 7 new dim sum dishes are worth a try, but if you could only pick one, I suppose the steamed Laksa Cheong Fun would be the one to order simply because I’ve never come across anything like it before!
Don't forget to check out their guava appetizer, we had so many refills of this refreshing one!
龙碗一鸭四吃($98)推出了四种吃法,片皮后剩下的鸭肉,不只是斩件直接享用,而是做成三道菜肴,充分享用整只鸭的不同滋味。
You can’t eat at Haidilao without going for their free-flow desserts. We particularly love the Chilled Beancurd Dessert.
I was at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay to check out the Afternoon Tea at the Portman’s Bar. The pretty afternoon tea served in a whimsical briefcase has been making its rounds on social media and I wanted to see if the quality and taste would live up to the pretty images.
At $38++ per person, I found the spread of bites to be more than worth it.
Be prepared to sink your teeth into fluffy toasted buns slathered with Carl’s Jr. signature BBQ sauce, savoury and tender brisket, smoked cheese and an incredibly juicy beef patty all at once.
I will definitely be back to try more.
Overall a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t mind eating there again as the food is quite good!
The interior looks spacious and comfy with some interesting art installation on the pillar.
Kei Kaisendon is a speciality restaurant serving rice bowls topped with fresh sashimi which is imported straight from Japan.
Kei Kaisendon at Marina Square has recently participated in the Food Masters Singapore 2019 competition hosted by Singapore Press Holdings.
Overall, while it was nice to have a big spacious restaurant almost all to ourselves, we thought the food at Shio & Pepe was quite average.
Can accommodate large groups. Cosy ambience.
Meal at Shio & Pepe was extremely enjoyable. I thought it would be most suitable for the family with kids, from the menu to the ambience, it was designed for the family.
Overall, an enjoyable stopover at Kith’s Cafe Marina Square. The good food and coffee was made to taste even better by the discount and the toys.
Although I did enjoy the rich bittersweetness of the matcha choclate cake, cakes are not a strong suit at Kith. Cookies, on the other hand, are a different story. That peanut butter cookie (like their chocolate cookies) was moreish.
Malts Whisky Bar is definitely not just a place for whisky lovers.
