Untuk kali ni Sis order Mee Rebus Burung Puyuh, sama dengan Farahain. Sunah order Mee Rebus Ayam. Nampak sangat menyelerakan. Kalau ikut hati Sis nak makan Mee Rebus Gearbox, tapi sebab baru je haritu makan di Marcopolo Kitchen tu, so kita ubah la selera pulak hehehe. Harga Sis dah lupa laa, tapi tak mahal, kami makan bertiga siap air semua, jumlah baru rm33++ ajer. okaylah kan.
Tinggal nak pilih aje.
I enjoyed Mee Rebus House's mee rebus and would love to be back to try their side dishes.
I like the seafood and mushroom soup because of it's gentle savoury sweet flavour.
For diners’ convenience, they can just pick the Seafood Platter (RM38.90) which comprises prawns, clams, baby octopus and sliced abalone.
Despite the lack of a prominent signboard, I guess that the word "re:" refers to the dessert café I was looking for; Re Patisserie. Thanks to apps like Google Maps, the availability of pictures for the location makes it easier for us to know that we didn't lose our way.
We felt the efforts and time put in for every of Re Patisserie's creation. The creator is indeed passionate about their profession and their attitude towards implementing the tarts/pastries were laudable. I also felt that the money spent on the pastries were well worth. I do not mine revisiting the place again when I get the chance. For those who enjoy tarts and pastries, do give them a try.
Nimmies Pastry Cafe has been marked as our "To Go Places" for sometimes. The gorgeous Parisian-inspired cafe is located in a standalone mansion a stone throw away from Singaporeans' popular KSL Mall and Taman Sentosa.
An Industrial Theme Cafe that looked Abandoned in its interior. One of the Cafes in Johor Bahru to visit.
Since we did not bring enough "stomach space" for this trip, I will very much like to try their food items on the menu in my next visit.
Set up in the back yard of a converted bungalow, it's actually very cosy here. A great place to chill.
Dessert and Food place in Johor Bahru
I came here for a good Hakka mee, and got it. I also got a wanton mee which I can add to my list of top wanton mee in JB.
Fat Butchery is also a good place in JB to get premium meats, seafood and vegetables for your home. Next time, I shall try the other produce like Iberico pork at Fat Butchery.
Barn 81 is a good place to drop by and hang out with good coffee and some innovative, super cute tasty lava cakes.
Verdict: The Salted Baked Chicken worth recommended and two other dishes that we had were just average okay. I’ve read that they serve pretty good fish head curry and seafood dishes. Try this place out if you find yourself at this area.
Spending time with my friends who are first time to trying this korean food 😘😍
The restaurant offers delicious Korean fried chicken, great ambience, reasonable prices and good service.
Overall memang puas hati makan kat sini and berbaloi.. Staff semua friendly gileeeee.. Selalunye e'in kalau nak makan kat sini memang akan booking dulu so bile dah sampai tu terus laa naik tak payah nak beratur panjang lagi.. Hihi..
For Singaporeans who get tired of the mall's food in KSL Shopping mall, try walking along the food streets nearby. This is definitely a good try and pocket-saving.
Restoran Yit Foh Wanton Mee is a great place to enjoy delicious and affordable wanton noodles, and I’m happy to have discovered this eatery in Johor Bahru.
Food Century Instagram:@myfoodcentury Tiktok:my…
Known as 茶楼 Cha Lao Dim Sum, which literally means a teahouse in Chinese, the prices might not be the cheapest in Malaysia but quality was said to be better! Do note that it can get very crowded for breakfast and my visit was timed at past lunch hours; at about two plus pm.

If you find yourself at JB around KSL Resort, Ah Hua Kuih Teow is a worthy breakfast spot.full review at http://kyspeaks.com/2018/06/05/ky-eats-ah-hua-kueh-t...
Ah Hua kueh teow serves kuih teow soup that comes with a pretty good list of ingredients – fish balls, pork slices, liver, minced pork, romaine lettuce , and even a sprinkle of fried lard and a pinch of seaweed, all in a broth that’s subtle and comforting. A side of red chili and soya sauce comes with this, making for a simple yet satisfying breakfast that warms the stomach in the morning.
Although the food here was quite good, the restaurant took quite a while to get our servings ready, it is either due to the crowd on the weekends or the kuey teow soup is cooked bowl by bowl to ensure its quality. If you are rushing for appointment or looking for quick meal, you may want to skip Ah Hua during lunch hours or weekends.
We enjoyed the char kway teow but felt that the Superior Soup was just average. If we come back to try other dishes, we won't order the pig stomach soup again.
All in all, Restoran New Lucky will be a dining spot that I am most happy to share about because just how often do you get to savour in such exquisite delicacies for a fraction of the price as compared to in Singapore?
3.5/5。Overall food is good and hygenic Price Cheaper than expected Environment: 环境也不错,分数3.5/5,Comfortable Service: 但服务生水平需要提升,例如我预订了莲花包菜,但年关近,那天因为太繁忙没办法出这道菜,我到最后才知道。餐馆方面有做一些折扣给我作为补偿。服务生反应不够快,服务若要打分2.5/5,For service wise they did not reserve the dish that We pre-ordered, and the waiters are not responsive enough Overall 整体3.5/5.
I will return at an earlier timing next time so that I can check out the rest of the interesting coffee beverages like Holy Grape, Mocha Fantasy etc.
We enjoyed the notes of blueberry and orange peel acidity in our Ethiopian Hari Suke handpour. The accompanying cup of ground beans was a nice touch to tease the nose before tatalising the tongue.
Updated: 10 Feb 2020. Following my post on the Kway Teow Kia stall in Multi Mart kopitiam, many readers commented that I should also try the Hainanese congee or porridge in the same coffee shop. Actually, readers have also mentioned this Hainanese congee stall when I posted about the Cantonese porridge at Taman Johor Jaya. So, with such strong recommendations, we made a trip to check out this much loved Hainanese porridge stall.
👉 When you are in KSL and want to try local instead of more mall food, Multi Mart kopitiam is a popular choice with JB folk. When in Multi Mart, you can give curry pork ribs a try - it is a dish JB folks like. This curry stall does a tasty version of it.
The wait of about sixteen minutes was rewarded with a piping bowl of pork porridge on the table topped with youtiao (chinese cruller), spring onions, fried shallots and preserved vegetables.
