My love for food should be obvious from the massive amount of postings in this blog but many of you would be aware I am more a hawker centre...

The pork jowl slow cooked retained its firmness but was melt-in-your-mouth.
The dining ambience at Ocean is one of a kind in Singapore. It is easy to be distracted by the aquarium and forget all about the food, but I do think it is a step in the right direction for the restaurant as compared to before. Head here for a modern-European meal and if you love a unique dining experience, this is one not to miss in Singapore. Overall, the service is attentive and professional by fine-dining standards.
Ocean Restaurant is a destination dining restaurant. While the novelty will wear off after the first visit, it still remains one of the most unique dining destinations in Singapore and definitely one spot to impress your date, or best saved for that celebratory occasion.
Overall dining experience at Ocean Restaurant was pleasant enough - be there for the beautiful tranquil underwater views; service and food have room for improvement, especially when per dining experience would set you back easily by S$600, minimally.
The Malaysian Food Street RWS is very conveniently located. It is right at the middle of the open area which holds the fountains and next to the entrance to Universal Studios.
We enjoyed our lunch at L'Atelier Joel Robuchon and would certainly be making a trip back. Their lunch deals are too good to be missed really.
I look forward to returning for one of these lunches - and if I do recall correctly, majority of the french establishments take Sundays off.
I think I shall give L’atelier another chance; I’d like to return and eat all their specialities from the a la carte menu one day when my restaurant-wishlist is completed.
Overall dining experience at Loui's NY Pizza Parlour was pretty decent - reasonably priced, given that we were inside USS itself.
Forest Restaurant RWS Sentosa is a restaurant in the Equarius Hotel, Resorts World Sentosa.
Avenue Joffre boasts a number of sweet dessert soups. I had to go for my favourite mango sago soup which I finished to the last drop, while the one pictured above is some avocado concoction and the one on the right is a throat soothing soup.

The dining ambience at Tangerine is one of the standout for me.
Sessions also had a weekend dinner buffet on Fridays and Saturdays which features a selection of seafood, grilled meats and desserts. Highlights include Poached Prawns; Louisiana Seafood Gumbo; Grilled Salmon with Citrus Zest; Grilled Rib Eye Steak; Chicken and Chorizo Jambalaya Rice; Chili Crab with Mantou and Black Pepper Crab.
Food served at Central Hong Kong Cafe @ RWS was decent apart from the service. And the consolation was it was only this particular service crew that ruin the experience. Otherwise, it would have been a better.
With more than 30 items on the menu, you will definitely be spoilt for choice.
The price tag is hefty, and let’s just say Curate is best reserved for special occasions or anniversaries. It is definitely a place to impress your date. Will Curate be the next Michelin Star Restaurant in Singapore? My guess is a yes.
Fresh from a renovation complete with a Sakura-themed new look, Gram Café & Pancakes at VivoCity Mall is now ready to take a break and have a Kit Kat with a new limited-edition Gram x KITKAT® menu!
Therefore, I do not recommend ordering their hot pancakes for delivery if you want it for specific meal times.
Overall experience was pleasant and like most patrons, I got sold by the fluffy texture of Gram's Pancake.
Seafood Paradise has to be one of my favorite Chinese seafood restaurant in the whole of Singapore. With hearty portions that is value for the quality, Seafood Paradise seeks to marry both traditional and modern Chinese techniques found in many types of Chinese cuisine, such as Cantonese, Teochew, and Hokkien.

The food at Seafood Paradise is enjoyable and I can see myself coming here for family gatherings.
Definitely worth a check if you're in the area.
怡丰城Barossa Bar & Grill主打澳洲风情,面海的店面视线开阔,放眼蓝天白云下的圣淘沙景观,弥漫浓浓度假风情。
The Frozen Dark Chocolate Whiskey Souffle (S$18) is a wonderfully rich medley of fresh berries, chocolate pearls and spiced crumble. Definitely should be shared!
Overall, I think the ramen offering is simple with only a couple of choices but they did a great job nailing the flavours perfectly. Everything from the broth, toppings and noodles was on point and can definitely satisfy my ramen cravings anytime
Service at Ramen Hitoyoshi is partial self-service.
If you are searching for quality ramen at affordable prices, make Ramen Hitoyoshi your next dining destination.

This family-friendly restaurant perched on Faber Peak offers a view that not many restaurants can match. Here you have expansive views of Sentosa and beyond, offering greeny and panoramic sea views that would surely delight both young and old in the family. At 100m above sea levels, kids would enjoy spotting cable cars, vessels at harbourfront and play guess what is the Sentosa Landmark.
I can’t even remember when I last had Vietnamese cuisine but when a colleague suggested lunch at Mrs Pho at Vivocity ; I immediately replied...
The Dry Noodle Combo (Bún thịt nướng chả giò) and the Beef Pho Combo (Phở Bò Đặc Biệt) are not bad, but were better in the original shop.
I am sure I will be ordering the Mrs Pho’s Cockles, Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Avocado Smoothie with Vietnamese Coffee.
Overall, for good quality meat and pretty prompt service, the buffet is quite worth the money. It will even be more value for the money for those eating the wagyu beef.
Tajimaya at VivoCity—managed by the Creativeateries group—offers a Japanese Yakiniku buffet which comes with unlimited Wagyu, Iberico Pork, Tiger Prawns, Sashimi and more.
So if you’re gunning to indulge in luxe beef at crazy affordable prices, make a date to VivoCity for a makan sesh at Tajimaya Yakiniku.
I really enjoyed the new Oktoberfest menu created by recently joined Group Executive Chef Lorenz Raich.
