The highlight of the day was of course the Lamb Sausage Calzone RM58. Folded in half, it was huge, about the length of my arm. The pizza base was spotted with charred patches, and delivered a firm bite. Tore the calzone apart and out spilled a mess of chopped lamb sausages, eggplants, melted mozzarella and oregano.

Hmm... the best place to go if you are that super hungry is buffet at Coffee Terrace." I answered. Why? Because there plenty of choices and variety in this spacious dining spot. Coffee Terrace is located just next to Genting Grand Hotel and paying at the counter is quick and easy so it's just nice as my girl is hungry. Breakfast is from 7.am - 10.30am, price for adult is RM41 and child RM20 -Lunch is from 12.00 - 2.30 pm, price for weekdays is adult is RM42 & child RM21, Eve of and Public holidays, school holidays and weekends (Friday and Saturday), adult RM48 & child RM24. -Dinner is from 5.00 - 9.30 pm, price for weekdays is adult is RM79 & child RM39, Eve of and Public holidays, school holidays and weekends (Friday and Saturday), adult RM82 & child RM41.
My personal pick of the lot is Chicken N Waffle (RM24), one of best selling items Ed’s Diner is famous for. The savoury and sweet profile combo of deep-fried chicken with crisp vanilla waffles and honey hit the spot for me.

My thoughts on Five Guys? Despite reviews calling it overpriced and overrated, I think the burger is something worth trying. Of course, this is purely my personal opinion/taste: I know there are many who say that brands such as KGB or even local joint MyBurgerLab offer better gourmet burgers. But for me, Five Guys is a pretty decent food option in Genting Highlands.
