The way of Thai Style Oo Chien is different from Penang style, the texture of the omelette is not so starchy and oily while it is blended well with the oysters. The taste of the Oo Chien here is unique and so far in Penang there are not much Oo Chien in Thai Style available. For those that do not love to eat fried oysters omelette there is an option of fried shrimps omelette available too.
