This place (59 Serangoon Garden Way, 6284-0800) has been around for so long that my last visit there probably predates this blog. I recall it being much bigger back then, although I'm not entirely sure what else has changed.
For Pow Sing, besides having a long history since 1983 and being committed to sharing the taste of Hainanese Chicken Rice to fellow Singaporeans, the new experiences in their menu are worth trying too.
In my opinion, Bossi Ban Mian’s noodles definitely left an impression, especially the dry version.
Nonetheless, it is still quite different from the usual ban mian we have elsewhere and I think it is one of the stalls worth trying if you are in Serangoon gardens market.

If you are at Serangoon Garden Market & Food Centre, do give their Fish Maw Soup Noodles dish a try. Its real good!
