What do We Like about ? -All the foods were great and tasty. We like the seafood soup and lemongrass jelly particularly -The environment and ambience are cozy and comfortable -Service was attentive and Yue served our dinner fast and prompt

The first entree was Roasted duck skin with black truffles and fresh fruits. This was a killer combo; so kudos to the chefs! The crispy duck skin had a melt-in-the-mouth layer of fat underneath, while the meat was tender and had none of the gamey flavour duck is notorious for. The bed of fresh fruit with a dusting of truffle was earthy, sweet, rich and refreshing at the same time.

One of my favorite things from this set is the dessert, the Chilled avocado pudding with citrus lemongrass sauce. Smooth and creamy, absolutely delish.. it's a must-try!

Indeed an amazing gastro journey of the evening with an eye opening experience of Spanish wine pairing so well with Chinese cuisine. Watch out for the next wine and food pairing soon and I heard it’s going to be an Italian affair
