Char Choy Fish Ball Noodles Frankly speaking, you will seldom see this dish in the menu of a big Chinese restaurant as Char Choy Fish Ball Noodles is a home cooked recipe. Verdict: It’s not my first time trying pork free Dim Sum and Dodo Sim Sum & Bowls rendition certain met my expectations. Of course there is room for improvement, for example the Spicy Chicken Feet was a bit sweet and the alkaline taste of the springy noodles of the Boat Noodles was too overwhelming.

Crispy Shanghai Pancake, crunchy pancake that is made from pastry skin. These Shanghai scallion pancakes were thicker, moister, and more jam-packed.
I strongly recommend those of you who are looking to try out some tasty Chinese cuisine to try Di Wei located in Empire Subang.
Di Wei at Empire Hotel Subang really should have gotten more limelight amongst chinese cusine lover. Led by Chef Thian, the restaurant is taking pride in their new menu with plenty of sous vide dishes. Commonly a technique used aplenty in Western cooking, this technique is rare in preparation of chinese cuisine. Missing a couple of dishes at the meal, this would probably be one of the short and breezy posts. Arrived in time to savour their soup and a couple of their signature dishes, I should apologies for not being able to shoot everything that’s served. However, the complete serving for the night is already on Aunty Lilly’s post so I would recommend looking through it HERE .
