Roast pork was the best i ever have in my whole life; it was amazingly crunch and i love how delicious it tasted coupled with the juicy meat! The meat hardly showed any dryness and it was extremely satisfying to hear the "crunch, crunch" sound as your teeth worked to chew through the roast pork!

Char siew and roast duck RM5 ++ crispy skin is must requirement for roasted meat. And this is not so harden and too soft. Very nice.
Frankly, I expected more from the restaurant and wondered if ala-carte might be a better option to try out Cathay's signature dishes.
We like it that the dishes were tasty with well balanced flavours at just the right intensity for all of us. Prices were reasonable too.
Dinner for five pax (including a big fish) only costed us less than RM150, I consider the pricing quite reasonable and the decent portion of the dishes definitely worth the price. This is indeed a good place for family dinner if you are not looking for a super big feast, but simply want a rest from daily cooking at home. The dishes taste very close to home-cooked foods, which are lighter in flavour and not too sinful to eat more.

Besides the must-have meal of Thunder Tea rice with a side of healthy green soup, we also wanted Hakka specialties like deep-fried yong tau foo, bitter-gourd slices, ladies fingers and whole chilles, all stuffed with minced meat, and cha yok, deep-fried, chewy slices of pork belly marinated in nam yee, fermented red beancurd.
We had a flavourful and comforting meal. Total bill was RM56.90 including 3 drinks. You can also opt for RM6.50 per pax for a plate of duck rice. Alternatively, get a whole duck at RM60 to share for big groups.

It was a pleasure to have Dim Sum on a Sunday morning where you can sit down and enjoy your meal without the need to rush. During our driving trip to Kulai, we spotted this nice Dim Sum Restoran and went in to give it a try.
