Like Teochew herh keow, these "UFO" oyster cakes are really one of those things that really deserve more attention. Mine was still warm from this stall (166 Jalan Besar #02-34), and it was not just delightfully briny, but was also filled with the heft of minced meat and earthy greens inside.
