Leon Kee Claypot Pork Rib Soup is recommended by the Michelin Guide Singapore, listed under “Michelin Plate”.
Recommended by Johor Kaki. The fish soup had a really good body and layered flavours, of savoriness, sweetness and tanginess from the salted vegetables. The fried fish was really crispy and tasty, of just the right saltiness and texture, and the sliced fish was really fresh and tender. Nice.
Although this is not the wet and gloopy Hokkien mee I prefer, this version has its own appeal and charm.
