Yes, I liked the deliciously crispy skin and tender meat inside, as well as the Lyonnaise salad that I started with. But I wasn't a fan of the service today, which means that it might be another few years before I go back.
A food blog from a Singapore-based traveler
Le Binchotan dances to a new groove now, the food (and confidence of Chef Jeremmy) has the power to reclaim slurs and change people's previous impressions, albeit one bite at a time.
In fact, the food menu is very robust and I feel that the restaurant has found a stronger foothold after its recent rebrand as compared to its early opening days.
Glad to be back to experience Le Binchotan again. May Chef Jeremmy keep those embers going strong.
