Good Japanese flavour with the shoyu, unlike the miso which was more subtle and not so easily identified. The noodles were cooked well and springy, and all the various toppings – Japanese charshu, sliced pork, minced pork, pork balls, deep fried lard and mock abalone – were tender and fresh.
All in all, we enjoyed the bar grub from The Pirate Sheep.
