New Restaurants for June 2022 - The Coconut Club @ Beach Road, Restaurant Born by Chef Zor Tan @ Jinrikisha Station, PS.Cafe Katong
grand hyatt takeaway review
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Singapore.
The prices may be very steep and you might cry after seeing the bill, but I promise you, it is a treat you should give yourself at least once in your lifetime.
Do not leave Edge without trying their amazing Nama Chocolates!
Most of the dishes were executed well and there are plenty of classic dishes that impressed us.
we concluded the meal, relishing in yet another happy dining experience at Wine And Chef.
Very ordinary squid ink pasta – I couldn’t taste the uni in the sauce at all.
Our review of a restaurant with affordable wine - Wine & Chef in Keong Saik Road Singapore, with pictures of menu, food and the restaurant ...
We had a pleasant dining experience at Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Niku King.
Prices are not extravagant, and you do get more than a fair amount of decent food.
We tried all three styles with flavoured egg and added additional S$1.00 per portion for spicy paste for the Miso Ramen.
Food at Bonding Kitchen is Peranakan cuisine, made with traditional family recipes but presented in exciting modern fashion.
Service at Bonding Kitchen is friendly and attentive. Staff accord each table personalised attention, and demonstrate good product knowledge, being able to describe dishes and beverages like wine.
I liked all the dishes presented in the Set Menu and everything was tasty. Come try!
It is simple yet complicated and thoughtful, put together with sweet, sour, salty, bitter and full of umami flavours in mind. Completing the experience on the plate, all the dishes are artistically presented.
Establised in January 2013 by Chef-Owner Petrina Loh, Morsels is an award-winning dining destination, serving wildly creative and novel modern fusion dishes, paired with lovingly curated wines, in a cozy setting. At Morsels, you can look forward to progressive, ingredient-driven dishes that defy culinary boundaries, with a mind on zero-waste for sustainability.
We absolutely loved the dining experience at Morsels, from the cozy ambience, to the engaging service, and the unique yet delicious food.
It was a gastronomy lunch at Labyrinth where we experience the heritage, culture, and traditions of Singapore with such an innovative approach by Chef LG Han. The service is impeccable too!
Michelin starred or not, I applaud the guts of Chef Li putting modern sin cuisine on the table. It is not easy getting creative with food that we Singaporeans have known all our lives to be cheap, affordable and tasty.
Overall the meal was pleasant and I did enjoy but I’m sure there are even more interesting dishes that I’ve yet to try.
I was always kinda curious about this place.
I didn't like it enough to come back for it, but there were some duck-based items that sounded like they might be fun to wash down with all of the booze that they had available.
I’ve really got nothing positive to comment about the food at My Awesome Cafe. This visit has been ridiculously disappointing and it really spoilt my afternoon.
so 2pax dinner very good standard dishes for S$53 nett. boleh la!
They also provide corporate catering menus like buffets, seminars and meetings, daily packed meals and cafeteria food services.
ambience was great. relax and food was great.
The stall may looks unassuming but you can guarantee quality and reasonable priced Peranakan food here.
The food is simple, reasonably priced, no frills and authentic home cooked style.
You won’t be able to find better peranakan food at this price range anywhere else in Singapore.
I tasted 10 dishes and liked 8.5; some of them, I liked immoderately. It’s a homely, fun casual restaurant, suitable for friends’ gatherings, after-work, or just a fiesta. It’s worth visiting at least once, more times if you go with different groups of friends.
I've never been to Gaggan in Bangkok, but I was able to get seats at his casual offshoot down here tonight (43 Craig Road, 9654-4351).
Some hits and misses on the menu for me and generally, the more Indian-centric dishes like the curry and biryani fared better for me than the Mexican-inspired elements like the tacos. There is much hype about the Gaggan brand and if this is one restaurant you are curious to try regardless, manage your expectations.
I love this modern interpretation of this classic noodle dish.
Overall, it is a very hearty and awesome meal.
Ilove going back to Mitzo as it is one neat place for both cocktails and food.
BOTAN is a good place to mix food and alcohol.
I can’t wait to find friends who love Japanese food so that I could be back to Botan Japanese Restaurant soon.
These are just a couple of dim sum Chef Shen would order again in a heart beat.
We liked all the items on the Kai Garden Set Lunch menu but especially the Peking duck, the glutinous rice and coconut puree. The lunch at $58++ per person was not cheap but we felt it was fair value. We had delectable quality food and we enjoyed the meal.
嘉苑(Kai Garden)位于滨海广场相当僻静的一角,开张三年来周边餐馆起起落落,嘉苑靠着一批熟客的支持,以及主厨深厚的功底,稳扎稳打。
Overall, it was a good experience dining at Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen. The fried yong tofu is one of the best that we ever tried and their evening menu is well executed. The crispy pork belly, fresh whole squid and baby back ribs are a must-order. Cheers!!
Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen is easily accessible for those working in the CBD during lunch hours, but we would only recommend the dry version, accompanied by their signature noodles.
Fu Lin’s original stall is at Siglap, where they serve the same fare but in a non-air conditioned and more casual environment.
Definitely a treat for matcha and strawberry lovers! And I think the price is reasonable with the spread given.
Highly raved for its exquisite dessert series, Lewin Terrace at Fort Canning has launched their matcha, as well as Ichigo (strawberry) dessert buffet previously on separate occasions.
Variety aside, the quality and taste of the dessert items were executed excellently - perfect for berries/chocolate dessert lovers to indulge in for a sweet sweet Christmas this year.
Overall, the atmosphere at Afterglow is warm and friendly with very interesting menu selection for those who are vegan on a keto diet or with other diet restrictions. It is also a nice place for meat lovers like me to get a taste of plant based food cooked in ways enticing the palate. In terms of taste, there are some dishes better than others and some just pretty general but I still think it is worth a visit

The great thing about Afterglow is the food is almost guiltlless, none of the cloying distaste that I experienced before. Infact, the only downside to eating so clean was, I ended up satisfied but not full. Tea break happened a tad earlier.
With Omakase Menus at $38, $58 and $88, Hana Restaurant is one of the best places in Orchard Road to enjoy an inexpensive omakase experience.
Overall, the service at Hana was attentive and prompt and they have some of the best sashimi in Singapore which has made them one of my favourite restaurants immediately.
Hana Restaurant offers some of the best Japanese cuisines in Singapore, serving a tantalizing collection of dishes that are suitable for group gatherings and casual dining.
The price starts from S$58.00++ for 3-course lunch onwards and up to 6-course Wine Pairing Set Dinner at S$208.00++. We were lucky to try out the 6-course Wine Pairing Dinner the other night.
My favourite dish was their Thai fried chicken wings, the stuff in it was perfect, it give the chicken wings a surprise twist.
The East meets West buffet is available from Sunday to Thursday from 6 30pm to 10pm starting from 2nd July to 30th November for just $42++ per person.
Overall, we throughly enjoyed our dining experience at Subrosa.
So give it a try if you are sick of stuffy French or Italian cuisine and have a go at this local + European fusion restaurant.
It's not that the food is bad, and i don't mean to sound harsh. I'm really just confused. With some fine-tuning, i think there's potential at Subrosa.
