This one (176 Telok Ayer Street, 9372-4321) was definitely the most different so far. On the plus side, they had a lot of different cuts of meat available, like that very tender tripe and tendon above.

Was this the best briyani I’ve ever had? Nope. But it served its purpose and left me feeling satiated for the entire day.
I like Ali Nachia Briyani Dam mainly for the rich gamey tender mutton and the feathery light fluffy rice.
