I paid a visit yesterday and made a beeline for the stall that has been on my mind for quite a while! The food in question? The power chendol that i labelled as epic when i first tried it 8 years ago!
No doubt that the Hokkien Mee fits the basic criteria of a plate of traditional noodle, it is of a saltier side. Nonetheless, it does has its traits like a little "Wok Hei" flavours and those "Gu Zhao" taste with noodles soaking up the goodness from the stock.
Tasty and flavourful chicken katsu, light and crispy outside and tender and moist inside, with a nice sweet Japanese curry with chunks of potatoes and carrots. Good standard, with a constant queue at the stall.
