I had the Keto Bowl with the fried chicken. It was a good dinner.
Hartton Kitchen is also a great place for Instagrammers to visit Oh~~, lovely background and presentable food photos to be capture hehehe.
There you go, my avocado milkshake with chocolate sauce. Very nice and not too sweet at all. But I have a complaint. The milkshake is a bit too thin/runny and there is not enough chocolate sauce. For the price paid (RM16.90), they could be a bit more generous with the avocado and chocolate sauce.
八风喫茶店 Lapan Wellness Cafe also offers Tea ceremony for rm$45 per session prepared by a "Zen Tea Master" and only by appointment on specific days of the week!
Same as their previous establishment, they focus mainly on nutritious dishes, as well as their specialties gluten-free sour dough. Generally we were quite pleased with the food, just that they were on the slight salty side. It will be perfect if they can lessen that to match the healthy concept.

I ordered Choc 'o' time granola bowl that came with blueberries, bananas, cornflakes, granola and Nutella. I didn't find any Nutella in my granola bowl though, just some chocolate syrup. All the toppings were good but I guess I'm just not a fan of the Greek yoghurt base. So, not gonna try it again... Even so, I'll still try out the Fuel bowl someday, they just look too colourful to resist.
So people of Damansara Uptown (and neighboring areas), vegetarians/vegans or otherwise, come try (tasty) clean eating. Prices are very friendly (portions generous!) and best of all, you can expect warm and congenial service.
I have corn, carrot, purple cabbage, broccoli as side dishes filled in half of my bowl. A quarter with salmon dice and another quarter with brown rice. Then I topped it with almond (covering the rice), sesame sauce and garnished with herbs and chia seeds. The taste was great as agreed by my friend's mum who just tried it for the first time when I took the poke bowl for her
Customers could enjoy buy 1 free 1 of poke bowl every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) throughout the month of October! This is available only at FITLICIOUS Uptown Damansara. A chicken poke bowl is selling at RM15.80, so with the buy 1 free 1 promotion, it's only cost RM7.90 per bowl! (RM1 will be added for take away)
Herbal Jelly It has a bit of bitter taste as expected. The ingredients are listed on the label of the plastic container.
Social distancing well observed here with tables well spread apart, spacious comfortable ambiance lighting with lots of sunlight from its all glass entrance wall.
Poke bowl is a native Hawaii dish, can either be an appetizer or main meal where traditionally is a fish-based dish which became popular in the 1970s and still common today in the Hawaii Islands.
Taste:9/10(Delicious. I satisfied with the portion, taste and quality of the poke bowl here. I ordered poke bowl of the day which is satay chicken with drink. The restaurant is very generous with the toppings and it taste good. Good atmosphere here is also plus).
The Nasi Lemak rice bowl was very good, was beyond my expectation. As you can see, this is not your typical, basic Nasi Lemak. The one here came with more ingredients and variety. Their sambal was a fusion between nasi lemak sambal and satay peanut sauce?? That was what it tasted like to me. It certainly was unique and I loved it. Their Signature Chicken consisted of chicken meatballs dipped in sweet sauce with sesame sprinkle. Ooooo yummy!
Unlike the conventional way which uses centrifugal juicer, JUUS’s juice are freshly cold-pressed and extracted from fresh vegetables and fruits at slow speed, without any artificial flavouring, colouring and preservation being added. This less heat production methodology will help to keep more of the fresh ingredients’ nutrients and enzymes intact at its natural state.
So we were back at 10 Boulevard to eat at Chef Low Organic Kitchen but it was closed so we walked around and decided to try this eatery named "Wellness Recipe".
Personally, I don’t believe in plant based diet so becoming vegetarian is out of the question. I do however, believe in eating clean and cutting off as much processed food and sugar from my diet. So if we think alike, then you should check out Wellness Recipe.
