Overall, we recommend coming here for the appam and the Sri Lankan dishes. The clean and spacious restaurant makes for a comfortable dining experience. Despite us being there at 11am on a Saturday, the place wasn’t crowded at all.
♥ Verdict: There are mixed reviews regarding the service and the attitude of the owner in Tripadvisor, but we had no issue about this during our visit. The Appam are certainly worth checking out if you’re at that area.
Sweet Appam + Indian Mix Rice, 15 ringgit The mix rice was delicious too. However, it got me wondering, the food kindda resembled pretty much every other indian restaurant, so which part of it was Sri Lankan? Hmmm …. anyways, We took a generous portion of chicken varuval + 3 vegetables, pumpkin, bean sprouts and brinjals. The chicken varuval, da bomb. Be sure to pick out the meaty pieces – it’s worth it. The flavoring and the spices – yummmmmm. Mix them up with the vegetables and rice, it sure was delicious.
Overall, Bamboo Biryani is a nice biryani place but since my curiosity is satisfied, I don't think I will drive to Klang specially for it.
Overall, the place is only good for bamboo and biryani. The interior of the restaurant was not something to go awe for as it was really plain. The customer service was good but messy at the same time.
I agree, this particular briyani was delicious but the distinctive taste of ‘rendang’ was lacking. If I were to be blind folded and upon tasting the briyani, I’d definitely identify it as Chicken Briyani minus the rendang. It wasn’t an issue for me at all. I enjoyed the dish regardless. It tasted awesome
This morning, trying out the Appam here at "Prem Curry House" in Klang. Verdict: I did like it here as well (not as good as Chetties though).
这是一个值得庆祝或有小功能的好地方。我在晚餐时在那里服务很好,如果你在晚上7点之前到这个地方吃晚餐,那就不是很多人了。
