The Ayam Cabe Ijo had a roughly pounded green chilli sambal on steamed chicken breast. The chicken breast very well done - flavorful, tender and moist. The sambal is definitely not for the faint hearted - it was so spicy that the back of my head was sweating! Despite the spiciness, it was very tasty, fragrant and didn't have the raw flavor that usually comes with a pounded sambal.
No wonder lah restoran ni dapat rating tinggi. Puas hati dengan makanan dan service!
The chicken here was much better than the other. Curry was great too. If only rice and I had a better relationship.
Overall, kalau mencari kelainan dan nak cuba masakan dari Padang, boleh la datang ke mana mana outlet Sari Ratu Prima ni. Tapi makanan dia bagi aku agak pricey walaupun sedap boleh tahan lah.
