The restaurant offers several popular Japanese Beers as well as Sake; the menu is quite extensive but looks a little pricey.

Overall, the food is good and the price is TTDI pricing. If you plan to come here for some fresh air flown seafood from Japan, please book the table. This is our dinner experience at Sticks n Maki TTDI for Japanese food.
Gesuto is a relatively new and exciting modern Japanese restaurant in TTDI whose creative take on beloved dishes outweighs the occasional fumble.
We really enjoyed how the Salmon Mentai Maki is done. The salmon is perfectly seared till perfection and wrapped beautifully and then topped with the generous pure mentaiko on top. The dish is absolutely good and delicious where the mentai sauce brings up the umami taste of the dish itself.
Reasons to visit Hagi Japanese Restaurant TTDI: well-priced omakase and a la carte menu offering fresh, quality ingredients air-flown from Japan; beautifully presented food; calm and attractive setting.
Sachi wows with kaiseki fare that embodies the current season with culinary excellence. Come find out why this TTDI restaurant is worth your time and money.
My Personal Opinion Though the yakitori seems reasonably priced from RM5 to RM18 per stick, the fact remains that you'll need quite a few sticks to be full. Imagine you're eating satay, if you need 10 sticks to be full, you'll need 10 skewers of meat...and at an average price of RM10 - RM12 a stick, you do the math, the amount can add up very quickly. Even I can easily down 10 sticks, so you can imagine how many sticks the more ferocious eaters may need. But since the skewers weren't that successful anyway (other than the wings), I'd probably stick to their Japas and donburi offerings with a few occasional skewers. Still a good place to unwind, over the weekend or after work, with a couple of Japas in one hand and a beer or sake in the other! ^_^
Reasons to visit: my favorites weres the Japanese pizza and savoury Pan Seared Tuna with Foie Gras; Caning’s top pick was the Stone Grilled Sirloin; and Mon found comfort in the Ishiyaki Bowl.
We tried all three items they have and our favorites were tied between the chicken (RM8) and lamb (RM10). Every order includes a serving of rice, a just portion of stir-fried vegetables and fried garlic chips. The amount of meat given is more than enough for a satisfying and balanced meal. Fried egg is optional but I highly recommend it since it’s only RM1.
