We were amazed by the quality of the 1/2 Roasted Moroccan Chicken... grilled to perfection and the skin was brushed with Balsamic reduction, slightly sweet but with a bitter end (due to the singed skin). The meat was fork-tender and perfectly good on its own but even better to enjoy with Sea Salt or a tangy Thai Green Chili dip.
γγΎγγ Omakase or "ηη»ζε§" means "Leave it to the Chef"! There are no menu for the Omakase, the Chef presents to you what he/she has prepared for the meal course.
