LAVO, a restaurant lounge and wine bar located at Menara Lien Hoe along Persiaran Tropicana, Petaling Jaya. This place certainly has the feel of spaciousness with a few dining areas to choose from. The main dining hall in modern setting furnished with sleek furniture and completed with a stylish curvy bar counter filled startling array of wine and liquors. Taste:9/10(Delicious. I ordered their whiskey sour which is a cocktail that contains whisky, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white. I like it as it come in big glass which I can enjoy it longer. Their pan seared scallops in ponzu teriyaki sauce were tasty)
As I reach the bar area, I am mezmerize by the selection of whisky that they are offering. There are so many whisky that I have not seen before.

A selection of pastries are proudly displayed in the glass cabinets - the Chocolate Tart and Chocolate Ganache that we had were excellent. Delicate yet rich and sumptuous. In fact, most of the pastries that we had here at the hotel impressed us greatly. Service is also warm and welcoming, making our afternoon tea session here extremely enjoyable.
Salmon en Papillote This was a very interesting dish and quickly became a favourite! The salmon was extra juicy, with the flavours and texture perfectly intact due to it being baked in an oven inside it’s wrap of baking paper. Sitting on a bed of vegetables, Beurre blanc or French White Butter is then poured over the ensemble to give it a wonderful savory taste and aroma. For the discerning diner, Beurre Blanc is a hot emulsified butter sauce made with white wine and or reduced vinegar, into which butter is blended in. The resultant creamy sauce is a classic and often served with fish.
