如果这个椰浆饭跟那个uptown 很出名的椰浆饭相比,我觉得他们真的不分伯仲,平分秋色。两者都好吃。都受大家喜爱。
The price was very reasonable. My first but will not be the last.
Here's the location.
Generally, food here is a step up from the coffeeshop ‘dai chao’, sizeable portions in comfortable settings. Prices are reasonable and it’s nice enough place for a family dinner, or to bring guests.
This was one of the dishes at Penghulu Seafood. The restaurant specialises in Muslim-friendly Chinese cuisine with 46-year-old chef Wan Yee Kwong helming the kitchen team. Ikan bakar (grilled fish) and steamboat with fresh seafood and premium ingredients are also on the menu.
The Ayam Cabe Ijo had a roughly pounded green chilli sambal on steamed chicken breast. The chicken breast very well done - flavorful, tender and moist. The sambal is definitely not for the faint hearted - it was so spicy that the back of my head was sweating! Despite the spiciness, it was very tasty, fragrant and didn't have the raw flavor that usually comes with a pounded sambal.
No wonder lah restoran ni dapat rating tinggi. Puas hati dengan makanan dan service!
The chicken here was much better than the other. Curry was great too. If only rice and I had a better relationship.
Overall, a tasty dish. The fish crackers were yummy. I liked it a whole lot that I decided to add on a packet of it at a cost of RM 2.50, which I thought was cheap
Nasi Kerabu dia semua cukup lengkap sebab ada solok lada tanpa lada hahaha sebab ada isi ikan yang dikukus je. Dia buat bentuk bulat but still sedap macam solok lada asal tu. Kalau beli Nasi Kerabu memang susah la nak jumpa yang jual sekali solok lada. Sotong dia paling sedap sebab dekat luar crunchy tapi dekat dalam lembut je. Tak liat macam sotong tak ikhlas. Banyak tau dia bagi sampai I bagi satu bahagian kepala dekat Kak Nora. Berbaloi RM17 untuk sepinggan Nasi Kerabu ni.
Gamelan offers a variety of Malay recipes for breakfast including some east coast dishes as well.
Sisters Special Char Kuay Teow, 13.90 ringgit. This was goooood. I must say, this actually is the first kuay teow I’ve had that has squids in it. It worked though. The flavors were awesome. There were noodles + eggs + squids + sprouts + 3 chunky prawns + ‘kerang’. It was cooked just how I liked it. Would totally reorder this dish again.
The restaurant collects Recipes from what seems to be famous local cuisine sellers from different States of the country.
Ten Years Eatery at Evolve Concept Mall, Ara Damansara. There is another outlet at Sri Petaling which we have yet to visit.
