They were the famous nasi lemak in Sepetang coffee shop in Taman Desa, but has moved to a shop front in Kuchai Lama. The food is not as good, and price is higher, and became halal, no more pork.
A few weeks ago, when I read Rose World's post about OTWC, I commented that I am not a fan. Little did I know at that time that I would eat there again in the near future. At 7.30 am, not many eateries were opened for business and OTWC was there so two of us ordered some food to share.
Traditional Wine Chicken with Rice at MYR 25 nett. The yellow wine is strong and thick, very tasty, just what we are looking for.
Our last visit to this eatery was more than a year ago. Green Curry Restaurant has new items in their menu now and one of them is steamed wine chicken rice set with a drink which we ordered (we chose a glass of hot herbal drink) at MYR 10.90 nett. The rice is just plain rice and the chicken is a bit salty. The taste of wine is not very strong in this dish. Two of us shared this set for an early dinner which is quite sufficient.
We went to eat at Green Curry Restaurant again and ordered our usual Nasi Lemak (Coconut Milk Rice) with Pork Green Curry set which comes with a drink. From MYR9.90 nett in 2015, its price has increased to MYR10.90 nett for that set.
