The following morning, BabySumoKids went on their first kayaking experience. The backdrop couldn't have been anymore perfect; with the 400 million year old limestone hills and surrounding nature. I was majorly impressed with Hubby's kayaking skills too. Another activity checked off our bucket list ;) For those interested, you can try kayaking for RM5 per person.
One of the most amazing, coolest thing we did during the recent school holidays was getting to see, touch and feed Rain the Giraffe upclose at Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh. Rain is a 2-year old male giraffe born in Zoo Negara on a rainy day (hence the name). Now, Rain lives with other safari animals such as zebras and ostriches at the Giraffe & Friends section of the park.
we like the petting zoo and surrounded natural environment. The hot spring, sam and hubby had an enjoyable time but definitely not include me >_< Hopefully they can improve the enforcement of the dress code rules as well as the cleanliness of the pool water (if it really caused by lack of maintenance)

Small and fairly interesting Mangrove park, but really a lot of Mosquitoes.
A children's playground park by the river. There is a tower which provides a good view of the river. Some locals take an afternoon nap here.
