The kitchen sliced the bittergourd thin and left it still crunchy upon serving. Three dishes made for an awesome satisfying meal.

The limited-run collab with FatFuku – sambal achar lobster roll was actually quite nice. The slight sourness of the achar brought out the sweetness of the lobster, although I could hardly taste the sambal. The fragrant bun was also toasted to a crisp. I could feel a bit of the spicy burn afterwards though.

The squid with Saikyo Miso glaze was a more memorable dish.

They didn't feature much of a variety for seasonal fishes. We picked a kodai from what they had. This was very nice. Fish was nicely grilled, tender and moist.
