First Culinary is located at ITE in Ang Mo Kio and it’s not exactly what you expect to find at a educational institution.

The lala beehoon and claypot live Soon Hock are definitely worth a try.
Overall, the prices here are very affordable and there is ample parking space within the building.
Glad I have found it now, and am keen to head back to try more of their other signature items including their crab and crayfish dishes.
Quite a mild slightly fragrant laksa, going down easily and pairing well with the spicy firm otah from Lai Heng Char Kway Teow at the same food centre.
Tony and Karen have been selling Katong laksa for 20 years
Since there is another Blacky Seafood in Cambridge Road, I will very much like to try the dishes there too.
