This is the signature dish. I believe we ordered the medium portion for our pre-cny get together dinner for those who couldn't join the reunion dinner on CNY eve. I expected the soup to be sourish but it was not so I was disappointed. The fish is dragon grouper so the skin is thick and chewy.
