So much of positive reviews on the internet about Xiao Di Fried Prawn Noodle that claims this is one of the Best Fried Hokkien Mee in Singapore motivates me to try this. Since we will be nearby Serangoon area, we went ahead to try out this dish cooked by the 2nd Generation Hawker.
I love that chilli taste but as a whole, we still find that the main subject and focus of the dish should be on the noodles not on chilli.
Xiao Di Fried Prawn Noodles is indeed one of the gems of Singapore’s hawker scene and it is one that has won our loyalty over the years with its consistency.
We may not be in the best position to say if the food at Nonya Nonya Restaurant is to die for, but it certainly does add one more Peranakan F&B establishment to the list and is a spot that fans of Peranakan cuisine can most probably check out.
