Binomio Spanish Restaurant has a plain looking exterior. Being a restaurant on the ground floor of the drab Craig Road multi-storey carpark is not the most glamorous location. But Binomio won us over in the course of a lunch.
We ordered their blue cheese croquettes with very low expectations. Because curiosity and things are always an assumption until we know. It turned out enjoyable.
We ordered Traditional Churros with Chocolate Sauce, where they really nicely gave us a churros each.
El Tardeo, is the newish tapas bar owned and managed by next-door Binomio, our favorite Spanish restaurant in Singapore.
