So if you are bored of Singapore Style of Chicken Rice, Go-Ang Pratunam might just be another of your chicken rice choice.
I'll stick to their chicken rice instead; their prices are still amazingly low either way.
I can say that most of the dishes were presented and tasted very similar to their equivalent dishes found in Singapore dishes.

Palatable, highly wallet-friendly dishes at Soi Thai Soi Nice New Menu is worth visiting with family and friends.
The broth is actually on the sweet side for me, it didn't have the characteristic spicy kick in authentic Thai cuisine. Nevertheless the hot pot brimming with ingredients is a luscious enjoyment on its own. I noticed almost every table has a pot of it on their table.
Some of my favourites were the Grilled Pork Neck, the egg dishes, and the sticky rice ice cream dessert. We left the restaurant as happy diners, and will definitely be back again for more.

The only worthwhile dish, the Phad Thai ($6.50) was well-balanced and punchy, the noodles imbued with a lovely smoky char from the wok.
Sakon Thai is a casual Thai place in Tiong Bahru. It is run by Thais, so the food should be good.
Service here is swift and courteous.

For a refined take on Thai cuisine, Tamarind Hill is quite the spot to head to. That said, we still find the price point relatively high, despite its fresh ingredients and delectable dishes.
I loved the sticky and chewy morsels of dumplings, but I’m not so sure about the fish roe.
On top of Thai food, they also have a selection of cocktails and drinks for diners to pick from. I had a go at this thai inspired cocktail, refreshing and my caveat it I do have a weakness for lychee and lemongrass.
I order their Thai Milk Tea and I am very disappointed! Their Thai Milk Tea doesn't taste like Thai Milk Tea at all! It tasted like diluted milk!
