The crab omelette was generously filled with fresh crab, which was really sweet, tender and qq. The eggs was fluffy inside and had a bit of a char outside, although slightly greasy. The most premium crab omelette I have eaten so far, but without any crispiness on the outside.
Authentic and homely Thai Food at Upper Thomson Road not to be missed.
Since we can’t pop over to the streets of Bangkok now, this is in fact one of the best that I can find now.

The real star is the texture of the trotter itself, though. The meat is barely holding together, so thoroughly braised, while skin and fat alike have an enticing wobble without any of the gumminess that often happens when skin is braised, releasing collagens.
The Fried Garlic Bits & Chilli with Prawn ($18) was yet another moreish dish imbued with tons of flavour. The Crab Meat Thai Crispy Omelette was light, airy and crispy like a tauhu telur with an aromatic eggy fragrance, topped with subtly sweet crab chunks and fried garlic crisps. Eating this felt like eating air, and the flavours were lifted by the sweet tangy Thai fish sauce.
Getting your money’s worth of food is also easy with the spread of premium seafood dishes.
Over, the everyday kind serves whipped up decent Thai food that suits our taste buds.
In the past, there were just Chinese style fried bananas and Malay style fried bananas. In recent years, another style is getting to be more common in Singapore; the Thai style fried bananas, and they are going to the heartlands of our little red dot!
