Steamed Grouper Fish with Ginger and Garlic For us, we had ours Steamed where the grouper fish is perfectly steamed with the ginger and garlic sauce. Well, I can say once it is served, we are really obsessed with it and clear up the fish in minutes. The gravy comes simply good with the kick of spiciness from the chily padi and also the ginger blend. The fish comes fresh and the meat is flaky as well.
