店内虽然没有豪华的装潢, 但却靠美食留住了无数的食客们~
We also tried their Guinness Pork Ribs and it was excellent. 9/10 would be my rating for that dish.
简陋的小地方但能有那么好吃的福建菜真的难得
This is their signature dish Fried Sweet Potato Flour Noodles (Chao Shu Fen) , 炒薯粉. It’s my very first time to even heard bout it. They do look like kuey teow but it’s more chewy. The “wok hei” that contained in this plate of dish is really really good! It’s a taste that has been slowly disappear in nowadays food. This is what i call a great plate of fried noodle. It’s not overly oily or salty. It combines well and the noodle is not tasteless too if you’re worried that it’s just a plain noodle.
这里的炒薯粉味道十分独特而且绝对够锅气,口感有点像炒粿条但又比较硬身。
整體來說這裡的用餐體驗很不錯。據說到了周末可是會擠滿人潮,如果有意思拜訪的話記得提早咯。

Fried century egg with fish paste was something unique and awesomely delicious. I simply love it.
My favourite dish for the evening - Steamed Grass Carp with chillied bean paste sauce. This one is slightly different from other places, the sauce has less bean paste, hence it is not so salty. In fact the sauce was just perfect for the very fresh fish that had been steam just nicely too (i.e. not under-cooked or over-cooked).
Since then they have been able to keep their dishes of great taste and quality . Some people may find out the prices slightly expensive , but this probably is not a big deal for foodlovers or their regulars . We love the place and always try to visit it at least once a month .
